The ten-book set ships free inside the United States, arrives in one box, and carries the ten EPUBs with it at no extra charge — so you can start Book One on the day you order and let the box take its time.

The number in the basket is an estimate. The number at checkout is a quote. You pick a region in the basket; we then ask the printer what your exact order costs to make and carry there — that page count, that many books — and you choose from the real services at the real prices, with the dates they actually give. Because a shipping price cannot change after you have chosen it, checkout will only accept an address inside the region you picked. The table above exists so the basket is not blank before any of that.

It arrived damaged, or it is a bad print
Send a photograph to orders@dinoroost.com within thirty days and a replacement is printed and posted. You keep the damaged one; posting it back costs more than the book and helps nobody.
It is the wrong book, or the wrong number of them
Our mistake, our cost. Tell us and the right one goes out.
You changed your mind
Tell us within two hours and we will stop the order if it has not reached the press. After that the book physically exists and cannot be unprinted, so we cannot refund a change of mind. Tell us anyway and we will do what we can.
The address was wrong
Write immediately. Before it goes to press we can change it; after that we will reprint at half price, which is what it costs us.
Ebooks
An EPUB has no DRM on it and cannot be taken back, so it is not refundable once downloaded — but if it will not open on your device, write and we will fix it or refund it.

What do I get with the ten-book set?
The ten paperbacks in one box, and the ten EPUBs free with them. The files are on the thank-you page and in your receipt, so you can start Book One before the box arrives.
Where do you ship?
Twenty-five countries: the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland and sixteen more in Europe, Australia and New Zealand, and Japan, Singapore and Mexico. If your country is not in the basket's list, this shop cannot post to it yet, and saying so is better than taking the money and finding out at the printer.
Is the price in the basket the price I pay?
The books are. The postage is an estimate until checkout, where the printer quotes the real figure for the address you give. It has never come back higher than the estimate on the page, but it is a quote and not a promise.
Do I pay for shipping on the ten-book set?
Not in the United States. A set is one parcel however many books are in it, which is the whole reason the set is cheaper than ten separate orders.
What happens if a book arrives damaged?
Tell us and a new one goes out. There is nothing to send back - posting a damaged copy across an ocean twice costs more than the book and helps nobody.
Is the ebook locked?
No. Every EPUB is sold without DRM, on a signed link that expires. It is yours, it opens in anything, and if the link runs out, reply to your receipt and we will send a fresh one.
